KinderCare Learning Center in Aloha offers high-quality daycare, child care, and early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow.     <p><!--block-->After earning her degree, Tara moved down to Eugene with her husband where she led the Infant Room. After a year in the infant room, she moved into a managerial position with the Eugene KinderCare. After three years in Eugene, Tara and her husband moved to Portland. She transferred to the Downtown KinderCare where she maintained a managerial position for four years. After four years, Tara felt it was time to run her own School. She transferred as Center Director to the Clay Street KinderCare and remained there for three and a half years. The commute became a problem for Tara, so she set her sites on a center closer to home. Amazingly, Farmington Road KinderCare had a Center Director position available. She took it immediately and has every intention of staying put for a long time! Tara loves children, loves mentoring and training teachers, and feels challenged everyday by her job. She cannot imagine doing anything else.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Terri really enjoys spending time with her family. She loves going camping and rafting on the Deschutes river with her husband. She also loves spending time working with special needs children in Trujillo, Honduras.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Khaver is an Iranian-American who moved to the United States in June of 2001 in order to create a better life for herself and her two boys. She worked hard to learn English and to create a life she always wanted. She ran her own daycare for four years before starting to work for KinderCare. She loves kids and works hard to make sure kids have a jump start to have a great future.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Crystal's favorite thing is being a mother. When not at work her seven year old son keeps her busy. Crystal is an Oregon Native and loves the outdoors. She also enjoys sitting down to read a good book or playing board games!</p>
