Tara Potter-Lanz

After earning her degree, Tara moved down to Eugene with her husband where she led the Infant Room. After a year in the infant room, she moved into a managerial position with the Eugene KinderCare. After three years in Eugene, Tara and her husband moved to Portland. She transferred to the Downtown KinderCare where she maintained a managerial position for four years. After four years, Tara felt it was time to run her own School. She transferred as Center Director to the Clay Street KinderCare and remained there for three and a half years. The commute became a problem for Tara, so she set her sites on a center closer to home. Amazingly, Farmington Road KinderCare had a Center Director position available. She took it immediately and has every intention of staying put for a long time! Tara loves children, loves mentoring and training teachers, and feels challenged everyday by her job. She cannot imagine doing anything else.
